Private permissioned blockchains, which have certain advantages over crypto-native platforms, are a more viable near-term solution that can help to reduce hiring friction, protect sensitive HR data, and enable a new breed of AI applications. This session will discuss how this type of technology is different, and why it should matter to staffing organizations.

The verification process (identity verification, work verification, license verification, personal references and background check) is the most costly and time-consuming piece of the credentialing process.
